that Johan Malan conducts is really excellent. He is a very good teacher,
no question is ever too simple or too complicated for him to stop and ensure
that his students understand the answer, and his experience and passion for
the subject comes through at every session. By way of comparison
I could mention that I had previously participated in a Mentorship
program some 3 or 4 years ago. That mentorship was a complete disaster,
a waste of time and money. The mentor was not sure of what he was trying to teach,
and moreover he did not seem to believe in the strategies he was implementing.

Just a quick feedback on the online sessions from Share Direct with Johan Malan. It took me a long time to go over and over the sessions but I've got them in my head now and I took each strategy/idea and practiced it on a live account as I was learning. I've even got a second one open now for the EOD strategies and its really exciting to have them run along in their directions.
I have finally got to the point now where I can even put my trades in and not anxiously watch each pip. Thanks to Johan for such excellent teaching skills - finally my account smiles at me each evening after being fed a few profits every day.
I think however that once I know these strategies by myself and am confident that I won't get confused then I might sign up for the mentorship - because I know from experience that there is a lot of new stuff being introduced there all the time and its better to rather know your own trading plan before being blown about by other people's anxieties on the skype sessions.

Hi Johan, You don't know me but I did the forex seminar with David and now I am busy going through your seminar online. I must say that I have so far learnt much that I did not fully understand before and for that I thank you. You have helped me to understand why I have been losing money and showed me how, very simply, to make money. I have tried to make my "million" as you say, overnight and lost my money but you have shown me how to do so little by little. I tend to be somewhat impatient and that has cost me.
You mentioned in one of your talks that you would send the MACD indicator if we needed it. So would you please send me the indicator that you use? The MACD indicators I have all have only one colour - not red/green like yours.

I am an ordinary person, with an ordinary income, looking for a sustainable way to secure me and my family's financial future. Here at Share Direct, I found a way to do just that! Let me explain.
I joined Share Direct three years ago, misunderstanding the whole "share thing", expecting instant, huge profits.
I purchased the Trend n Trade Software from Share Direct and started to attend some seminars. After the first three seminars, I thought I knew a lot, but still could not trade the market in such a way to make profits.
With an ordinary income, it is virtually impossible to do all the necessary seminars in a short time span, and still do some trading (which is also important for experience).
Then I started to "Plan" my training, with the kind help of my Consultant at Share Direct, his name is Sergio. We structured the seminars, so that it is possible to get the necessary "knowledge" and "skills", not neglecting the "practical side for experience".
The knowledge I gained from the seminars gave me a firm foundation and increased my skills in trading. I applied what I learnt, made trades and gained money too!!!
From the start, three years ago, I joined the Share Focus Club of Dr. Paul, and I did not miss even one meeting in all this time! It was at these meetings where I discovered that being involved with equities really could make a difference to my financial future!
This year, 2010, I will do the Derivatives Seminar, as well as the Mentorship Program, and early 2011, the Peak Performance Seminar.
Training is crucial for my financial future, as well as being surrounded by people who believe the same about Equities. I made lots of friends here at Share Direct, and we all talk the same language. I became part of the family!

I must say that I am impressed with the courses and the way in which it is presented by the staff of Share Direct. It is not so often that one sees motivated and enthusiastic presenters and that is what I experienced with the staff of SD. Thus, I am so glad that I am not breaking off contact after the mentorship. I sincerely hope that the staff would be able to keep up their performance. I think there must be a lot of people, like me, for whom a new world opens up through that training and the experience we gain. It took me a long time before I felt ready to trade and at this stage I feel I am ready.

I joined Share Direct 2 years ago, looking for the action in the markets with a huge expectation of large profits. I started to attend the seminars and after the first 2 I was disappointed. I still could not trade the market in such a way that I could make the huge profits. I looked at the recommended schedule for the rest of the seminars and realized that it will take 11 months to do all the courses if I follow the schedule.
That did not suit me, so I decided to rush things a bit and I insisted that I don't need to do certain seminars in the recommended order, so I got my way. Mixing the courses and leaving some, gave me enough knowledge to start trading the markets live. That was after all what I was here for, and the seminars are so expensive. I can make a lot more money by investing in the markets, why spend it on seminars?
Within 2 months I start to understand the saying "the danger of little knowledge". I lost more money in those 2 months than I have spent on seminars. By the time I realized that my knowledge was not enough for every angle that the market can show you, I was out of money and could not pay for the seminars I did not do. Eventually I got through the financial crises I got myself in, I did all the courses, and then saw how the seminars are designed like a puzzle. You need all the information in the correct sequence, otherwise you think you know enough. Those missing pieces, however, will cost you way more than the cost of a seminar.
After that, I became very successful, and I thought I understood the markets, because my strategy was working like a symphony. Then September 2007 came. The market gave us a different angle and my previously successful strategy, suddenly started to fail big time. I spend 2 months working on a new strategy. This was the time I realized the power of all the seminars. By just falling back onto the foundation that was laid during all those seminars, I had a working, well defined and successful strategy again. Now I have a better, more comprehensive strategy that will cover more angles than in the past.
There is only one way to enter into the markets and that is the correct way. I really recommend that you ensure that all Share Direct's clients attend all the seminars you offer for every different aspect of the markets before they start to trade live. They have to allow every seminar time to soak in before they do the next one. Attending seminars in the wrong order is financial suicide. There are only a few who live to tell the story. Fortunately, I am one of them.

On the Trend and Trade software I have started to save the alsi and the 5 shares I trade most actively for my clients on one layout. This allows me to flash between the shares and take shorter term single stock positions (making more money for my clients and myself). I'm trading on the ALSI from February 2008, and it was disastrous. I lost a lot of money during this year. I was so negative and my wife was so sceptical about this "share" thing. I had no strategy according to which I traded. I did 2 courses but it didn't helped. I was still hugely unsuccessful
I signed up for the 2 Month Mentorship Programme but 2 weeks before the Programme would start, I want to withdraw. Sergio convinced me to do the Mentorship Programme and I will always be grateful to him for that!
On the first Live session, Johan Malan, our Mentor, showed us a great strategy to trade on the ALSI. As a matter of fact, this strategy works on every form of share, Forex, Commodities, etc. It's a great strategy that gave me the confidence to trade on the ALSI, I actually know what I'm doing now!

This course taught me to limit my losses and maximize my profits with the use of the Fibonacci principle. My initial investment of R30 000 has not increased or decreased after two months but that is due to my personal mistakes. By making these mistakes it has taught me to concentrate more and I have learnt tremendously out of them. This is the main reason why I liked the mentorship and the fact that it is live trading and not a simulated platform, which can give the student the wrong impression. With live trading you see the strategy and all the entities that can influence the market.
When applying only the principles that are taught to the student on course and following the mentor, this mentorship will make you successful in the future. This program has given me more confidence to play the Alsi and all I need is the experience. My knowledge of the Alsi after this mentorship is much greater than it was two years ago. Although I have not made any profit yet, but once I stop making stupid mistakes this mentorship has made me realise I have made them. If I did not have this mentorship I would have never known it was a mistake and probably would make them again and that's the other reason why this mentorship will make me successful.
Overall it was an excellent and a fruitful mentorship and I can recommend this to anybody who wants to play the Alsi. Without this knowledge a person will never succeed to make money. The idea to have this mentorship through Skype is an excellent idea and the personnel of share direct should be applauded for this type of mentorship. The amount of hours that is put in during the Skype sessions is valuable and that's where I learnt the most and could put the theory into practice.

I really enjoyed the Seminar, practiced being present yesterday and made profits 3 times in succession, it really works. I used it again at a Team Bldg sport, played a game for the first time, 3 chances per person, hit the target 3 times, no miss while others were between the target and way above it. For me the book is okay but it is just easier after the explanation by Dr D Paul.

I have just finished the full Share Direct course in Equities. I took my first step to financial intelligence. The lecture material received is filled with a wealth of knowledge. The lecturers that present the different courses know their subject and are actively trading the market. Everybody is very helpful.
I decided to do the course after a lot of time was spent on the internet looking for a second income. The consultant of Share Direct spend a lot of time explaining and answering questions after I've been in contact with another company where the staff couldn't even answer my questions. I must admit the course isn't cheap but worth every cent spend on it. I know for a fact that I received a packaged that applied right could make me financially independent. Another fact is that I will have backup at Share Direct as I get better or get a problem. The software receive with the course is excellent.
When I started the course I realised the value off the decision that I made to do the course. I also felt overwhelmed with all the information. Then I started to see it as a business and started to be active with the program. I printed out the whole course, started to work everyday on the TrendnTrade software and know I learn something new everyday.
I know for a fact that next year this time when I look back I will see all the profits that I made.

Herewith then an e mail to express my gratitude to Share Direct for making a program such as the SSF Mentorship available. It has increased my knowledge of trading to a level far beyond my expectations.
